Our Story

Hello Everyone and Welcome!

I created Shooters Customs based on the frustrations with trying to find what I felt was the ideal AR rifle or pistol through the standard options available on the market. I was always forced to settle for whatever was available on the market that was close enough to what I was looking for knowing I would have to spend an extra $200-$300 to change out the stock or brace, handguards, trigger, and muzzle break to make the ideal AR Rifle or Pistol. I figured if I was frustrated with the process, others must feel the same way.

I’m from a small-town Medina, OH and I joined the Navy straight out of High School. I’ve spent 22 years in the Navy working most of my time with-in Special Operations as a SARC or Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman with Marine Reconnaissance and Marine Force Reconnaissance Platoons and as a Medical Officer with SEAL Team FOUR with-in Naval Special Warfare. I served on the front lines in Iraq and Afghanistan and as the Direct-Action Platoon Corpsman on the 31st MEU and as the SOCFWD and SOTF Surgeons in Africa. Through this time, I developed an affinity for, skills, and a passion for tactical shooting and for creating and customizing tactical rifles.

We can only achieve that goal through hard work and constantly ensuring our product is superior to all competitors at an affordable price. This means that the goal at Shooters Customs is to provide you, the consumer, a streamlined ordering and shipping process, superior customer service, and a product that will stand up to the rigors and abuse of demanding shooters.
